All of the materials on this website have been written, collected and assembled by Rick and Charlotte Zahniser, dba "CASELab", originally incorporated as a Colorado Corporation, and trademarked in the US Trademark Office.

The trademark has expired, and the Corporation has lapsed.  Therefore...

Being of sound mind and body, we hereby irrevocably transfer all of our copyrights to "Sr. Ric" (Seņor Reek), a partnership jointly owned by Rick and Charlotte Zahniser, with each having complete survivor rights of sale, transfer, disposal, and assignment.  

Notice is given that these materials, although published on the Internet, are the intellectual property of Rick and Charlotte Zahniser, and can only be reprinted, widely distributed, or quoted with their express written permission.

As with any copyrighted intellectual property, short, reasonable length portions may be quoted for review purposes, and may be copied for educational purposes, but the intent is to protect these materials for future use by the principals in whatever manner they see fit.
